We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to customers. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus but not required.
