Customer Support & Data Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced service team supporting infrastructure-related requests. In this role, you will interact with a variety of callers, gather critical project details, and accurately document information to ensure proper coordination with third-party partners.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, can stay organized under pressure, and is comfortable working across multiple systems while handling a steady volume of calls.
What You’ll Do:
-Respond to incoming calls from homeowners, contractors, engineers, and related parties
-Collect and verify project details, including location information using mapping tools
-Accurately enter and update data within internal systems
-Communicate clearly and professionally to guide callers through the process
-Ensure all information is documented with a high level of accuracy
-Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume or time-sensitive situations
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong customer service mindset with a helpful, solutions-focused approach
-Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask and navigate multiple applications simultaneously
-Solid typing and data entry skills (40+ WPM preferred)
-Comfortable working with web-based tools and programs such as Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
-Ability to stay calm and courteous in challenging interactions
-Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center environment is a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule & Training:
Full-time schedule with shifts available during daytime and evening hours
Some roles may include rotating schedules and weekend coverage
