AppleOne is hiring Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our client for a dynamic role that combines customer support, data management, and communication in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams to coordinate daily activities.
Managing a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Processing orders, managing cases, and updating records in Excel and other systems.
Navigating multiple platforms to handle a steady flow of requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience required.
Experience handling high-volume calls is a must.
Background in logistics, order processing, or over-the-phone customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (updating worksheets), Word, and other systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar systems is a plus.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently and learning new software quickly.
