Location: Jacksonville, FL (Gate Parkway - 32256)
Pay: up to $21.00/hour
Type: Temp - June 1, 2026 – September 1, 2026
About the Role
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, service-driven environment supporting a variety of business segments including real estate, insurance, escrow, and technical services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a structured, high-volume setting and are confident handling both routine and escalated customer inquiries.
Schedule
Monday – Friday:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Mandatory Overtime: 1 Saturday per month (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and service requests across multiple business lines
Resolve 1st and 2nd tier customer inquiries, including escalations
Verify account and contact information accurately
Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records
Coordinate with internal departments and offshore teams as needed
Assist with billing inquiries, order processing, and account tracking
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data security standards
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to navigate multiple systems and data entry platforms
Experience handling escalations and working in a structured process environment
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills
Call center experience (highly preferred)
Billing resolution and order processing experience
Spreadsheet tracking and data management
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
