The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable **Customer Service Representative** who believes that great service is about empathy, problem-solving, and genuine human connection. You’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking information, support, or assistance—and a vital ambassador for our mission.
What You’ll Do
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat with patience and care
* Provide accurate information about our programs, services, or events
* Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring each person feels heard and respected
* Maintain clear, timely records of interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
* Represent our values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
* A people-first mindset and strong communication skills
* Previous customer service or call center experience (non-profit experience a plus, not required)
* Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
* Comfort using basic technology (CRM systems, email, phone tools)
* Alignment with our mission and values
