Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume call center environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests
Enter and update customer information in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow established processes, scripts, and service standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, response time, and quality
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong reliability and punctuality
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service systems
Ability to work onsite in a structured, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with CRM systems or call center software
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate customer concerns
Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a call center setting
