Customer Care Specialist (Health & Wellness Focus)

Are you a compassionate communicator who thrives on helping others? We aren’t looking for your "average" call center agent. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist with a servant’s heart and a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.

In this role, you’ll be more than just a voice on the phone—you’ll be a trusted advisor helping clients navigate wellness products for their entire family, from children’s vitamins to pet care. If you are patient, proactive, and love solving puzzles, you’ll fit right in with our casual, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Heart-Centered Service: Take incoming orders via phone and email, providing a patient and premium experience for every client.

Wellness Guidance: Use your product knowledge to suggest complementary items (upselling) that truly benefit the client’s health goals.

Logistics & Troubleshooting: Manage auto-shipment schedules and act as a detective to resolve any shipping or delivery hiccups.

Order Management: Process returns to vendors and handle administrative tasks with high accuracy.

Constant Correspondence: Maintain professional, clear, and warm written communication via Outlook.

What We’re Looking For
The "Servant’s Heart": You find genuine joy in being helpful and staying patient, even during complex situations.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a must.

Communication Pro: You have a "smile" in your voice on the phone and a polished, professional touch in your emails.

Problem Solvers: You can multi-task without breaking a sweat and love finding "win-win" solutions for clients.

Experience: Previous experience with order processing, auto-shipping platforms, or health products is a major plus.

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
