A growing Business services firm in Torrance is seeking a tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team. We operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment similar to online legal document preparation platforms, providing professional support to individuals and businesses navigating legal documentation processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, data entry skills, and advanced computer proficiency who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with legal document processing and account inquiries
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry
Utilize Excel and internal databases to track and manage client information
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client requests efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
2–5 years of customer service, administrative, or client support experience
Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
Advanced comfort with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
