Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing, team-oriented organization known for its outstanding work environment and long-term employee retention.
This role is ideal for someone with order entry and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Enter customer orders accurately into the company ERP system
Process orders received via phone, email, EDI, and eCommerce platforms
Review and manage EDI orders for accuracy and completion
Track orders and provide customers with order status updates and notifications
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and general information
Transfer calls to Technical Support staff as needed
Maintain accurate records and support overall customer satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service and order entry
Strong data entry and attention to detail
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email communication
Experience working with ERP systems, EDI, or eCommerce orders is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
