Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, partners, and account holders. This role is heavily phone-focused and requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Provide clear, accurate information regarding accounts, services, billing, and general inquiries
Research and resolve customer issues from start to finish
Document all interactions accurately in CRM and tracking systems
Escalate complex concerns appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
Process account updates, adjustments, and follow-ups as needed
Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics for responsiveness and accuracy
Qualifications
Required
Previous customer service experience over the phone (call center or high-volume phone support strongly preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
Experience supporting technical products or service-based industries
Bilingual abilities are a plus
