Customer Service Representative

?? Northern Colorado (Greeley, Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins)

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for clients who value professionalism, consistency, and strong communication skills. This position focuses on providing excellent service while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and customer inquiries

Resolving issues professionally and efficiently

Data entry and documentation of interactions

Supporting internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

Customer service or call center experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Proven job stability and strong work ethic preferred
