About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our organization—supporting customers through phone, email, chat, and internal ticketing systems. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and provide timely resolutions
Process orders, account updates, returns, and service requests
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, billing, technical support) to resolve complex issues
Identify recurring problems and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information

Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or office environment)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm, patient, and solution-focused in challenging situations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable navigating multiple systems, screens, and software tools
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others
