A local client is looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking stable work environment, training while being the first point of contact for customers. Some of the responsibilities include the following:
- Assist with complex customer inquiries, process orders and assist with inside sale activities while ensuring company compliance and medical device regulations
- Be the first point of contact to customers, providing high-quality service and support
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to orders, complaints, and product inquiries
- Prepare export documentation and maintain accurate records
- Act as liaison between management and dealers/distributors.
- Process orders, issue quotes, RGA numbers, and handle returns
-Maintain critical databases and compile departmental reports
-Assist Accounts Receivable with credit and collection issues
-Coordinate with Inventory Control on consignments, leased equipment, and trials
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and data analysis
-Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
-Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and global medical device regulations

Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Pleasant telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
-Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
-Spanish language skills are a plus (not required)
-Medical device industry experience preferred but not essential
