Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer support or call center environment preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
