A local client is looking to hire a flexible and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client locations across downtown San Francisco and occasionally in San Rafael. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across various service areas including mailroom, shipping & receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups.
Rotate between customer sites daily, adapting to different environments such as law firms, retail corporate offices, and warehouses.
Work independently or collaboratively with Our client team members depending on site staffing.
Absorb training effectively, take initiative, and maintain high standards of service.
Assist with on boarding, cross-training, and procedural documentation.
Support implementations, expansions, and coverage for absences or vacations.
Maintain accurate expense reports and follow Clients’s reimbursement policies.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12 months of related customer service experience.
Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and common software applications.
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and pushing/pulling equipment.
Basic math and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Must be able to travel locally between sites (up to 40–50 miles if needed).
Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license
