Our Ontario-based distribution company is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this key role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day customer service operations within a busy distribution environment
Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve order discrepancies promptly
Partner with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise
Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and prepare customer reports as needed
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics setting
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
