OA Reference: Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and manage assigned customer accounts
Maintain accurate inventory information using warehouse or ERP systems
Notify customers of delays or issues and respond to inquiries promptly
Upload and manage supporting documents for sales orders (POs, emails, bills of lading, etc.)
Maintain and update reports regularly in Excel
Invoice orders daily and issue credit memos as required
Answer phones and support management as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements / Preferred Experience:
3+ years in customer service, call center, or client support roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica or similar) preferred
Experience in client services, sales support, or related industries a plus
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
