We are hiring a "Customer Service Representative" to work with a company dedicated to providing potable water services to consumers.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SALARY: $11 p/h + benefits (Direct hire, medical plan, 15 vacation days, and more).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support and supervision activities to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the post-sale process of products and services.
• Receive, log, process, and follow up on requests, service issues, complaints, failures, and damages, informing the customer of the process until completion, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handle and process service orders.
• Record daily the services provided and requested in the system.
• Assist in coordinating service and daily installation routes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma.
• Bilingual.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word).
