We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a position in Stephenville. This role offers full training and potential for growth!

Position Highlights:
Location: Stephenville, TX
Pay: $17–$21/hr DOE
Schedule: Training (6 weeks, 8:00–4:30), then shift will be either 7:00–3:30 or 9:30–6:00
Duration: 3-month contract with possibility of extension or permanent hire

What You’ll Do:
Support regional distributors and customers with order status, pricing, delivery, inventory, and service requests
Work in Salesforce and SAP (training provided) to process orders, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot
Provide product/service information, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales teams
Handle customer calls professionally and deescalate when needed
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
College degree or 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (retail or other customer-facing roles will be considered)
Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a team environment and tied to the phone most of the day
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required
Experience with SAP or Salesforce a plus (not required)
Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus
