Customer Service Representative

Seeking a friendly and professional customer service representative looking to join a fast growing company in Rochester. This position will come with several perks including convenient location, competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package at the start of employment.

Responsibilities
- As point of entry for customers, you'll be providing outstanding service and support to customers
- Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders over the phone or in person
- Recognizing and explaining the product or service of the company clearly and effectively to customers
- Ability to delegate incoming calls to the appropriate channels within the business

Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service in a call center setting or handling high volume calls, preferably 2+ years
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
