Customer Service Representative – With Upselling Opportunities

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative who can handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care, while also identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products or services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to business growth in a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
-Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
-Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently and effectively
-Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
-Recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs
-Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with upselling or making recommendations
-Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
