Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative (Outbound Calling – WV, OH, PA Only)

We’re hiring Temporary Work-from-Home Customer Service Representatives for an outbound calling project. If you're a motivated, reliable communicator who enjoys helping others, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

-Location: Must reside in West Virginia, Ohio, or Pennsylvania
-Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday–Friday 10am to 7pm
-Project Type: Temporary (duration to be discussed during interview)
-Work Environment: 100% remote – work from the comfort of your home!

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Making 75–100 outbound calls per day
-Following provided scripts to verify information or gather simple data
-No selling, no fundraising, and no telemarketing
-Accurately recording call responses in the system

Requirements:

-Must have your own Windows-based computer (Chromebooks and MacBooks are not compatible)
-Reliable internet connection
-Quiet workspace
-Strong phone presence and attention to detail
-Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
