We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing company. This role serves as the vital link between our organization and both current and potential customers. As a CSR, you will take ownership of resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. We provide excellent training to ensure you develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and company policies, empowering you to confidently assist customers, contractors, and dealers. You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and seize opportunities to recommend additional products and services. Your role will also include order processing, troubleshoot technical challenges, and supporting project quoting and fulfillment processes. This is a remote position for now, with plans to reevaluate safe office work options. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask and build lasting customer relationships.
