What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the front line of communication between our company and the customers who rely on us. This role goes far beyond answering phones or taking orders. You will be a vital part of a team that values professionalism, urgency, and relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and delivery requests with accuracy and efficiency
Build lasting relationships with long-term customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Coordinate closely with drivers, dispatch, and sales to ensure smooth service delivery
Solve problems quickly and creatively, with support and clarity from leadership
Maintain organized records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings petroleum industry experience and understands the unique pace and expectations that come with it. The right candidate will have:
At least 2 years of customer service experience in the petroleum, fuel, or logistics industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Comfort with basic computer systems and order processing software
A sense of pride in delivering great service every time
