We are seeking a Customer Service Rep-Manufacturing for a direct hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sales support, and cross-functional coordination.
The Customer Service Rep-Manufacturing will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure orders, communication, and service expectations are handled accurately and professionally. This position works closely with sales, production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams to support customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing professional support related to orders, product availability, delivery status, and service needs.
- Coordinate with sales, production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and fulfilled accurately.
- Process, track, and follow up on customer orders while helping resolve issues related to timelines, documentation, and service expectations.
- Support internal communication between departments to help maintain smooth workflow and timely customer updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Assist with sales support, supply chain coordination, and general administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage customer communication and order support in a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate with sales, production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams.
- Support order accuracy, delivery follow-up, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to cross-functional communication and smooth internal operations.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, sales support, or client care experience.
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or production-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on details, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy when handling orders, documentation, and customer information.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with production, shipping, receiving, quality control, or supply chain teams.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing customer service or sales support role.
- Familiarity with order processing, delivery coordination, and customer account support.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
