Job Type: Contract (2–3 Months)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Environment: Office / Customer Service & Administrative Support
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing records, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of services
• Support administrative and clerical tasks
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Track and follow up on open requests
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems daily
• Maintain organized documentation and files
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to short-term assignment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with CRM systems (Oracle, Sugar CRM)
• Familiarity with AS400
• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination
