Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Job Summary:
AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
* Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
