Customer Service Representative – Medical Scheduling
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Pay: $22/hour
AppleOne is partnering with a valued client in Santa Maria to hire a Customer Service Representative with medical scheduling experience. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
Handle inbound calls regarding appointments, referrals, and general inquiries
Verify patient information and document interactions accurately
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient scheduling
Provide professional, compassionate customer service
Qualifications:
Medical scheduling experience required
Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using EMR/EHR systems and standard office software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
