Pay: $22/hour

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Document customer interactions and update records
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and customer service software
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
