AppleOne is seeking a skilled and customer-focused CSR to support one of our valued clients located in Madera, CA. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact—handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll manage incoming leads, assist with orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily sales orders and payments
• Answer phones and respond to customer emails
• Confirm orders and keep customers updated
• Enter job details for production and fabrication

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, clear, and professional tone
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
