Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
About the Role:
AppleOne has partnered with a local business that is looking for a friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across phone, email, and/or chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner
Resolve issues, provide information, and escalate cases as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Process orders, returns, payments, or service requests depending on business needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with computers, CRMs, and handling multiple systems at once
Problem-solving mindset with a calm and empathetic approach
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Bilingual abilities (a plus but not required)
Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service tools
