Currently seeking a customer service rep with unprecedented customer service to go above and beyond our customer’s needs. Your main focus is handling our customer’s inquiries over the phone and scheduling potential customers with the utmost care. Your Duties would include but are not limited to:
• Answer phone/set up appointments with potential customers
• check e-mails for incoming customer inquiries
• Schedule jobs and communicate with customers
• Enter customer information into database
• Manage company calendar
• Other office tasks and duties assigned by Office Manager
The Ideal Candidate would:
• Positive attitude with a great phone voice
• Detail oriented
• Easily learn new tasks
• Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
