Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $27/hour (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Bilingual Spanish: Highly preferred

We are hiring a Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Ontario, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience, order processing skills, and a background in manufacturing or material handling.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email

Provide accurate information on products, pricing, lead times, freight, and company policies

Enter and verify sales orders for pricing, configurations, freight terms, and completeness

Confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times

Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Monitor open orders and proactively provide updates to customers

Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer service concerns

Process returns, credits, and warranty requests

Maintain organized customer records in CRM/ERP systems

Generate invoices and support billing reconciliation as needed

Track customer issues from start to resolution while maintaining strong follow-through

Identify recurring issues and support process improvement efforts

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support

Experience in a manufacturing environment or material handling setting (required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience working with CRM/ERP systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Professional and customer-focused approach

Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
