Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized office assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by serving as the first point of contact for our customers on the phone. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident in communicating by phone, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and warmly greet customers
• Gather accurate information by asking clear follow-up questions
• Relay messages and service details accurately to customers and/or team members
• Provide general information regarding services, scheduling, and next steps
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Ability to actively listen and ask follow-up questions to obtain complete information
• Comfortable on phones and using computers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, helpful attitude

Preferred (Optional)
• Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
Position
• This position is a full-time, Monday – Friday role with hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm
