Customer Service Manager – Luxury Goods Industry
Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager with a strong background in EDI systems? We are hiring a Customer Service Manager in Renton, WA to lead our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee customer service operations, manage order processing via EDI platforms, and drive exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the customer service team to deliver timely, professional support to clients. Manage order entry, tracking, and invoicing using EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce and TrueCommerce. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales departments to resolve customer issues and ensure on-time deliveries. Administer CRM and order management systems including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ZenDesk to maintain accurate customer data. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Utilize SEO tools like Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to enhance online visibility and support digital marketing efforts. Analyze service metrics and provide actionable reports to leadership. Train, coach, and develop customer service staff to meet company goals.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience managing customer service teams in manufacturing or distribution. Current hands-on EDI experience with ZenDesk, SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or Oracle NetSuite is mandatory and must be included on your resume. Proficiency with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with expertise in Excel and Power BI. Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
This is a 100% Onsite role located in Renton, WA. Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
