Job Summary:
We are seeking two Customer Service Managers to join our team and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Help clients use products and services effectively
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Qualifications:
3–5 years of customer service or account management experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with solid computer and IT basics
Ability to analyze data and provide insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
