We’re seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support our client's customers and Territory Managers by providing responsive service, accurate order processing, and sales support. This role combines customer service, order management, and inside sales responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to dealer, contractor, chain account, and TM inquiries via phone/email.

Prepare quotes, enter orders, provide specifications, and send acknowledgments.

Coordinate shipments and deliveries, prepare BOLs/pick tickets, and process POs.

Handle drop shipments, freight claims, and warranty processing as needed.

Advise customers on price changes, promotions, rebates, and product updates.

Support Territory Managers with bids, site surveys, installations, and specialty orders.

Manage open orders and follow up with customers and vendors as required.

Assist with technical inquiries, escalate when needed, and stay current on product training.

Support other branches and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with order entry systems and MS Office Suite.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Willing to learn and participate in ongoing product/process training.
