OA Reference: Customer Service Hotline Agent
We are seeking a Customer Service Hotline Agent to join our client's team in Berlin, VT! In this role, you will be the cheerful and helpful face of the program, providing excellent support to industry partners.
Location: 1755 US Route 302, Unit 3, Berlin, VT 05641
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (after 520 hours minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist industry partners with inquiries
• Help users with password resets and application troubleshooting
• Provide information about program equipment and supplies
• Review invoices and payment histories with partners
• Perform accurate data entry and manage multiple computer screens during calls
Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Positive, cheerful, and helpful attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Proficient in data entry
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
• Familiarity with Outlook and basic Excel
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tablet software
• Experience with printer hardware
Important Notes:
• Skills screening will be conducted (multiple browser tabs, Outlook use, basic Excel, phone manner, positive demeanor).
