We’re seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple locations in the Denver area. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable performing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations at multiple sites, including mailroom tasks, shipping/receiving, fleet management, hospitality, reception, and conference room setup
Assist with onboarding new team members, training peers, and sharing best practices
Conduct site inspections and support process improvements to maintain compliance and service quality
Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
Travel between multiple locations as required, performing a range of duties depending on business needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; post-high school education preferred
Minimum 12 months of related experience in operations, customer service, or account support
Strong communication, note-taking, and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available for heavier items) and perform extended periods of walking or standing
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage may be required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software applications
