This Customer Service Coordinator
Looking for 1-2 years of experience working in retail or an office environment.
Provide daily support to resellers via telephone as required.
Prepare daily and/or weekly reports of Customer care center activity for review by management.
Assist customer via email to resolve system issues.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys twice annually.
Follow up on problem systems under the direction of management. · .
Upload software via PC to sites that are experiencing problems.
Maintain files and all clerical functions
Any duties that may be prescribed by management from time to time.
