Your responsibilities will include:
Making approximately 60 outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients and secure appointments.
Professionally handling all incoming phone calls, utilizing a provided script to efficiently schedule service appointments.
Accurately documenting all customer interactions and feedback within our Dealership Management System.
Implementing effective follow-up procedures for individuals who do not immediately book an appointment.
Confirming scheduled appointments with customers to ensure seamless planning.
Maintaining a clear and up-to-date appointment board within the Business Development Center.
Actively rescheduling appointments for customers who were unable to attend their initial booking.
Collaborating closely with our sales and service teams to track appointment outcomes and arrange necessary follow-up.
Keeping our customer database accurate by updating any changes in client information.
Proactively contacting our existing customer base to inform them about current marketing incentives.
Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries received through our company website.
Engaging with online leads via both email and phone to convert inquiries into scheduled sales or service appointments.
Ensuring effective communication by informing relevant departments of newly set appointments.
Serving as a point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate manager for resolution and follow-up.
Consistently maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company benchmarks.
Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment by keeping your workspace organized, clean, and safe.
Actively participating in required training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Adhering to all company Safeguards policies and procedures.
Embodying and demonstrating our company's core values in all your interactions.
Maintaining a precise record of your working hours using our timekeeping system.
Complying with all established company guidelines and regulations.
Observing all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety regulations while performing your duties.
Performing other related duties as assigned to support the team's goals.
