A well known consumer products company is looking to onboard computer savvy and dedicated call center representatives for a long-term temporary position. Your primary tasks will involve making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries across multiple departments such as Returns, Refunds, Shipping, and Order Placement. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in addressing customer concerns regarding products. You will excel in this position if you are computer savvy, posses clear and effective communication, and are able to work in a fast paced work environment.
