Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound customer service calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Listen to customer needs, gather accurate information, and help resolve routine questions or concerns.
- Document call details, customer information, and service updates in internal systems.
- Communicate with internal departments to support customer requests and follow-up needs.
- Maintain a courteous, patient, and solutions-focused approach during each customer interaction.
- Follow established call center procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous call center, customer service, receptionist, retail, or administrative support experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or business-to-business customer service environment.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus if applicable to business needs.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, order entry systems, or basic office software.
