We’re Hiring: Bilingual Customer Care Representative
Location: Bayamón, PR | Potable water equipment services

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer calls and emails professionally in both English and Spanish.
-Process service orders and coordinate technician visits.
-Follow up on customer cases to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Previous experience in customer service .

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday.
