This role is perfect for someone who loves helping customers, keeping things organized, and being part of the full order process from start to finish. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely experience.

What You’ll Do
Support customers by phone and email with a professional, friendly approach
Process sales orders with high accuracy
Maintain customer and order details in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and delivery
Follow up on orders and proactively resolve issues
Meet individual and team service goals
Work independently and assist with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of experience in a business or customer service environment
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused

Nice to Have
SAP order processing experience
Salesforce experience

Work Setup
100% onsite during training, then hybrid
Full-day computer and desk-based work
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
