Customer Service Associate
Full-Time | On-Site | $15–$17/hr (based on experience)
Monday–Sunday | Availability to work most days of the week either 8a-4p or 10a-6p not to exceed 40 hours - The more flexibility the better.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greet and assist customers with a variety of retail and business services
Process transactions, returns, and inquiries quickly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide support for administrative and document-related tasks
Collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
What We’re Looking For:
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and a helpful, upbeat attitude
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Dependability and punctuality are a must
