Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with manufacturing experience to support customers in the semiconductor industry. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, planning, and logistics, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and status updates
Process sales orders, change orders, and returns accurately
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams
Track production schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments
Communicate delays, revisions, and technical requirements clearly to customers
Maintain customer records, documentation, and reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Exposure to or experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred)
Understanding of production workflows, lead times, and quality requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with semiconductor fabs, wafer processing, or equipment manufacturing
Familiarity with ISO, cleanroom, or quality-controlled manufacturing environments
Ability to read and understand technical documentation
