About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. These positions are ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping others, and excels at multitasking. You will be the first point of contact for our clients customers and play a key role in supporting our internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
*Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
*Provide product/service information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
*Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
*Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
*Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
*Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
*2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
