We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support our Customer Service team in a fast-paced environment supporting customers in the semiconductor industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

?? Candidates with hands-on experience or working knowledge of LAM Research (LAM) products, parts, or systems are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries related to LAM products, parts, orders, and technical requests in a timely and professional manner

Enter, manage, and follow up on sales quotations and sales orders for semiconductor-related products, including LAM components

Track open orders, backorders, and delivery timelines to ensure customer expectations are met

Provide product, order status, and basic technical information related to LAM equipment and components

Accurately document customer interactions in the ticketing system

Communicate customer concerns and LAM-related issues with internal teams, including supply chain and operations

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify alternative parts and reduce lead times for LAM product orders

Proactively monitor reports to maintain high customer service standards

Maintain and grow working knowledge of LAM Research tools, parts, and semiconductor processes

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience

Experience in the semiconductor industry required

Knowledge of LAM Research (LAM) products is a strong preference

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Basic Excel skills, including formulas and functions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Equivalent education and experience will be considered

Customer Service testing required:

Writing Sample – Customer Service (EN_US)

Call Center Customer Service Scenarios (EN_US)

Onsite role – Fremont, CA

Interview and start ASAP
