Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Corona, CA (onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $20-$22 DOE

Summary:
As an equal member of a team, you will exceed customer’s expectations of our service by satisfying their needs in a quick and efficient manner.
Duties include the following:
-Greets walk-in customers at the front counter.
-Answer all incoming calls for: Product orders, Card orders, Card inquiries/lockouts/unlocks/authorizations
-Wait on customers with card-related problems (card issues, questions, and reset requests)
-Prepare daily deposit in your individual batch, update accounts receivable and scan checks
-Maintain counters stocked with brochures
-Research and process customer claims of invoice payment
-Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up as necessary
-Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested
-Maintains customer files.
-Calls and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts
-Inputs card information and creates cardlock cards
-Cross references products for customers
-Quotes prices and answers questions regarding products for customers.
-Prepares and mails requested information to customers i.e., SDS, map books, product information
-Run video/ pictures of cardlock transactions
-Take sales orders
-Generate reports
-Set up of new customers for walk-in race fuel customers only
-Review Unusual Activity Reports and call customers if necessary
-Stamp the mail at the end of the day once a week
-Take the outgoing mail to the Post Office and/or Mailbox as necessary
-Manage and maintain daily logs for: CARB, on call logs, customer concerns log, card making log, and COR orders.
-Review any error messages for outbox and follow through
-Monthly Basis – Run IFTA reports, fuel summary reports, and special reports per customer requests.
-Review fraud transactions and file fraud claims
-Proactive calls to Cardlock customers
-This position will require for you to be on call after hours for one week out of each month
-Other duties and special projects as assigned

1+ year of recent Customer Service experience within Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing and/or Transportation industry
Ability to work in a fast-pace multi-tasking environment
Requires for you to be on call after hours for 1 week per month
